Disaster Case Management

Disaster Case Managers (DCMs) are skilled professionals who support survivors in assessing their situation, developing a recovery plan, and connecting with essential resources. They understand that true recovery extends beyond rebuilding structures and restoring services. A successful recovery is achieved when individuals and families can rebound from their losses and maintain their physical, social, and economic well-being.
