Laurie Duckett
Executive Director
Laurie Spring Duckett recently accepted the full-time position of Executive Director. Previously, Spring joined the Board at its inception as its Vice Chair. As the Community Organizer for the non-profit Clean Water Expected in East Tennessee (CWEET), Spring has devoted her career to serving the East Tennessee community and infrastructure through networking, fundraising, publishing, event planning, and educating our youth.
Since Hurricane Helene hit our community, she has been dedicated to working directly with survivors and providers to build back their homes and lives.
LaTisha Frost Raulston-Sloderbeck
Volunteer Coordinator
LaTisha Frost Raulston-Sloderbeck is the Volunteer Coordinator for Cocke County LTRG. She leverages volunteer talent, resources, and support to maximize project impact. A lifelong East Tennessee resident, LaTisha’s diverse background includes project management, human resources, event planning, and extensive disaster relief experience. She served as a supply transporter and outreach liaison for Clean Water Expected in East Tennessee after Helene and is committed to maximizing resources for the rebuilding of Cocke County.
