LaTisha Frost Raulston-Sloderbeck has joined the Cocke County LTRG as the full-time Volunteer Coordinator—a newly created role designed to strategically align volunteer talent, vendor resources, and philanthropic support with the projects where they’ll have the greatest impact. In this synergistic position, LaTisha not only matches and schedules volunteers based on their skills but also connects donors and partners to areas of highest need. She also works closely with the construction manager and committee to ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiency across project operations.

A lifelong resident of East Tennessee, LaTisha brings a diverse background that includes experience in project management, human resources, event planning, executive administration, fundraising, catering, construction, recruiting, and work as a HIPAA-certified medical courier. She holds an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources from King University, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and an associate’s degree in culinary arts management from Walters State Community College. She also holds certifications in several related fields.
Since Hurricane Helene, LaTisha has partnered with Clean Water Expected in East Tennessee to organize the collection and distribution of trailer-loads of supplies for local communities. She is excited to continue serving Cocke County with her signature energy, compassion, and dedication.
